This design was the second incarnation for this folk artist. I gave it
a softer look with an Enya font. I also scanned in real dry flower heads
for the buttons, and drop shadowed a lot. I took one of the painter's
flowers and used that for the heading. The font color is a gold color
on a background of cream.
This is the second incarnation of a site design for Erika's Studio. Once
housed at decorativecraft.com, the owner changed domain names to one that
represented her own business and also changed her look from a dark background
to a very light, feminine, flowery design. I scanned in real dried flowers
for the realistic look of the buttons and drop shadowed the font and images
of the folk art pieces to highlight them from the page and give them an
added dimension.
